Good golly miss Molly?

Is this your camera? Jokes aside they're ok machines they're by no means a deep cleaner but their ease of use, pleasant sound and potential to use the sidekick make them decent.

I've rebuilt one of these with the headlight as well. That was 20 years ago.
The only thing i needed was a new switch and a handle screw.

As was stated, they are available now for meager amounts.

You might be better off buying one in better condition and saving the good parts here for repair.

Yeah, the camera, or perhaps the light OR both could use improvement.

Expensive

If you spent $20 on a parts machine I'm going out on a limb you could find new or slightly used for a little more.
It's just a challenge to bring it back from the dead

I have a DS 50 that had severe water damage and rust. I could not get fan to spin. It took me 10 hours but the bolts were polished, bearings packed and everything was like new. I wanted to see if I could save it.
If you see my 510 avatar it's similar.
I'll try to post before pics. I spent over $600 in original parts for the 510.
I just have this pic of D's 50.
