I shampooed my carpeting this morning and I thought to myself that I’ve had this shampooer now for close to twenty years and it’s performance does not cease to amaze me. I love using the nap lifters after the carpet has been shampooed! It fluffs the nap so well making the carpet look new. It’s an awesome appliance to own
