Electrolux LLC's dry cleaning attachment came in three successive models: D146A, D146B, & D146C. I think the "A" was a rebadge. "B" & "C" were the familiar L-shape nozzles. In the "B" & "C" models, a plug was inserted in the elbow and an extra-stiff bristled brush roll was used. The cursive wordmark of the "A" was used by Electrolux Corporation from around 2000-2002, so that's a clue to when it debuted; and the 80th anniversary Ultralux, model C152E, (2004-2005) was promoted with one (not sure if it was standard, optional, or a freebie with purchase), so it was likely discontinued afterward since none had the Aerus logo. I don't know if the dry carpet cleaner wasn't effective, wasn't well-received, or was just discontinued when manufacturing was outsourced after the brand change to Aerus.
As for the Electrolux shampooer/polisher accessory, there were two different iterations: the Turbotool with polishing brushes and pads and optional "Rug Washer" attachment made from 1957 to 1962 and the "Turbotool Rug Washer" (or just "Rug Washer") made from 1962 to 1987. The polishing brush was phased out after a few years, so the second iteration is mainly remembered as a shampooer. It was also useful on stairs and other small areas.
In the mid-1980s, the Swedish Electrolux company's Turbotool, a multi-use turbo-powered accessory (e.g. sander, massager, etc.) was another auxiliary product made available to North American consumers through Electrolux USA/Canada.
