Hi,

I have a good condition Electrolux Contour Pulse Power upright that is free to a good home. Needs to be collected from central London though (sw1 )

Works fine, all tools. Brush roll and motor all good. Might need a new belt.

Yes, it's the picture from the Ebay sale that I purchased it off.

I had never used one of these and was curious.

However, I think the Hoover offerings at the time were and are still much better cleaners. I'll stick with the Turbomaster and the Tubropower 2 I have..

It's from an eBay listing of a vacuum that Alex got from me lol!
It's not actually a Pulse model, it's a Variopower with the wrong hood on it AND the brushroll is threadbare.

Turbo500

It is indeed a Pulse machine ( you press the button under the power button and you get a boost for about 10 seconds). And the brush roll is far from threadbare as you can see from the attached pictures.

I have no idea of the history of this machine but the photo I attached in my org post was the one posted on the Ebay auction that I won this machine from a month ago.

I owned a Glider a few years ago but I would never have one or the other again. I find the Z500s so much easier to push. But then I was a fan of the TP2 for many years as well - so much better built and not as much of a struggle to push until I grew to 6ft height and found I had to stoop to push the vacuum along.

I did not get this from Chris, I gave that to a friemds years ago, I bought that one off eBay a while ago and yes, it is a PulsePower! Say it on the hood and has the boost switch...
