I am currently helping a friend's church get re-established under new leadership. They had a few burned out cheap Dirt Devil upgrights stashed in a supply closet and they had mentioned needing a new vacuum. I noticed that in one of the classrooms that is being used as a storage room they have an Electrolux CB. It's brown so I assume it's from the early 80's when the Olympia One was being sold. It's complete with the hose and power nozzle. The motor is weak however and the power nozzle (PN4 I believe) could probably use a new motor as well. What is the strongest motor currently available that would fit this CB? I don't think it would be too difficult to replace myself since the machine seems like a simple enough design. Replacing the motors in the vacuum and power nozzle would be a far better solution than buying more cheap vacuums in my opinion. I also think it's much easier getting a hose and power nozzle between seating and other areas than a bulky upright. Thanks for any help.
