Lux B-8

the best rug scrubber/carpet cleaner money can buy, in my opinion. I've had several. This one, with it's color, is in the 1205 era.

<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;">Your B-8 is exactly like the one my parents bought new with our 1205 around 1970.

<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;">They also bought the Rug Washer for additional $100.00.</span>

<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">Total they paid for the 1205, B-8 & Rug Washer was $300.00 in 1970.</span>

<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">Electrolux sure made great vacuum cleaners & rug shampooers/floor scrubbers/polishers at that time.</span>

I have the Gold B8

Bought new in the mid 70's to go with my Super J.  Still in use polishing the unsealed wood floors.  I wouldn't expect to get rich on one of these.  They are worth more being used for their intended purpose.

I still have my super J I bought in 1976. Still works like it was brand new and it was used almost daily until I got a legacy in 03. Love my floorpro also. Got it in 03 with my legacy. Just bought the new platinum 2 months ago.
