No prob on the time thing. The filter sits, I believe, directly below the dust bin like most bagless vacs. I am going back tomorrow to get grocieries so I can take more photos if necessary.

I looked at one of these at Sear's on Saturday.
It looked like a Melie and a Hoover Fusion had a baby.

Looking closely at the label in that last pic, it says "Made in China", just below the "lux" in Electrolux...

How's the feel?

I tried pushing one around at my Lowe's store. I'm not sure if I like the way it handles. My impression was that the upper portion with the cyclone felt quite cumbersome as it swivelled (more like turned) around the pivot at the top of the base. Granted I handled it for for a total of 20 seconds, but the experience did not inspire me.

This is comparing apples to oranges, but I have yet to use anything that handles as nimbly as the Sebo Felix. Not a fair comparison given the price differential, but I feel the Felix sets a standard for nimble handling.
