Greetings fellow vacaholics.
I recently got a Dyson dc63
shipped to me from Japan.
A great little machine, quiet
With great suction for its size.
Unfortunately while I was at the
Supermarket someone thought it would
Be a good idea to suck up a bowl of
Dog food and a bowl of water.
I managed to find instructions on how
To take the machine apart, but even
After an extended drying time it remains
Dead. I contacted Dyson USA, but I'm stuck
In call center infinite loop. All I can get
Is 20 percent off a new machine (USA model,
No dc63) I was very surprised about their
Unwillingness to help, as I have previously
Gotten tremendous help from them in restoring
An old dc01.
Anyone have any leads or suggestions on how
To obtain a spare motor?
Thanks
