dyson dc41 animal model number

hi everyone my neighbor has a dc41 that needs serviced the sticker with the model number is gone my question is this is there another place to look for the model number ? thanks

The model number IS DC41. If you're looking for the SERIAL number, that's a whole different thing. With no sticker, you would not be able to find the serial number. The serial number would be required for warranty work. It's immaterial if it's out of warranty, as they order parts by model number - DC41.

thats what i meant serial number i was starting to fall asleep when i did this lol but its still under warranty they got it in 2014 the motor went on it and the sticker came off
