Does anyone have one that can post a picture of the chassis where the filter door latches onto. My door will not lock shut so I think something broke off.
I will look for a video of changing the filter, maybe that will show something.

Also, the clear plastic wand hanger which is mounted between the cord rewind button and the power button. I need one of those.

I don't have one anymore but I used to, try posting a picture of your machine and maybe someone can tell if a piece is missing or not?

I am....

wanting to mfg. the piece I am sure is missing. I finally found a picture of what is missing. I could see the jagged edges of where something broke off, not the shape/dimensions of the original piece. Dremmel and JB Weld Epoxy should render a replacement piece.

It is also missing the pre-filter. Which makes sense because the door would not stay closed.
