Just thought if show my DC24 and DC35 in action. Got a bit of my washing machine in the background too but, I thought it's good to show a 5 year old DC24 in operation still. Still much prefer it over a soft flimsy feeling DC50 but I don't want to start a dispute here so it's just my opinion.

Thanks ya'll.

Nice! Two cool machines there :)
Although the DC24 is a bit of a problematic machine, not is a nice machine to use especially considering the cuteness of its miniature size and weight. Dyson stick vacs are also cool and pretty useful really. If I had one it would get used like five times a day! I really cant be bothered when there's a few crumbs lying around in the sofa or the floor whan ai have just vacuumed beforehand not so long ago lol. Cords are annoying

Hello Parwaz,

Hope you are well! :)) I agree, the DC24 is a very cute, miniature machine. It does a good job for what it is. Doesn't feel too flimsy either. I wish the DC50 was replaced with something like that again one day. Though that will ever happen lol

I love the DC35. I have been using this to vacuum daily and its managed to vacuum the whole property. Its so convenient.

Still I would always prefer to use a vacuum cleaner with a cord. I'm going to borrow a SEBO Felix later on to give my carpets a good beating over and also pop on some DUO - P just to help freshen up the pile until I can be bothered to wash them.

I hope you get that DC40 up and running. Keep me updated :))

I have a very good cleaning system at the moment in the form of a DC59 and Sebo Felix. It is good every week the give the carpets a deep down clean with the felix, but daily, I use the DC59. It is more than powerful enough to get everything up of all floors. It really excels on hard flooring and the mini motorised tool is brilliant on the stairs and in the car. Basically, all above floor cleaning. The DC59 doesn't rally struggle on anything and even grooms dense piled carpets somewhat.

If anyone has bought a Dyson and registered it with Dyson, phone up their customer care team if you are interested in a DC59 or any other dyson product and you get exclusive discounts. I have two dc41 mk2s registered with them, they knocked off £110 of my dc59, threw in a filter for the dc59 and two for the dc41's and a free tool kit for the dc59.

I really do I agree! Lol

I just moved into new flat you see. Vacuumed 4 times with Dyson DC24 and my pre motor filter clogged up with a fine powdery dust it stopped sucking. Washed the filters and used the Sebo Felix instead. I wonder wot on earth has been going on in the flat before I moved in to make my Dyson DC24 which had clean filters and empty bin clog up after only 4 uses. The carpet didn't even look dirty.

Lol wow
Maybe the pervious owners used LOTS of shake n vac which is now old and was constantly using it with a cylinder vacuum? Not sure but maybe lol
