Today I called Dyson Customer service because the part of the flexi crevice tool that locks it in place when it is extended broke. They told me that there was only a 30 day money back guarantee and since I got it in the car cleaning kit in November, I'd have to buy a new one. If I pay $85 for a set of tools, the should last more that two months! When the felt strip came off the stair tool that came with my DC 40 they replaced for free. Do you think if I call again and speak with another agent they will replace it? One good thing about their customer service, they speak ENGLISH!
