Actually thats backwards. The 110 V power head (with the Model 107) was their First powerhead in 1957/8. It was replaced by the low voltage power head and power hose on the model 111 in 1959 then the model 121 in 1960. So you have one of their first ones there.

Aha! That explains it. Thanks Doug.
I better go back and claim the bottom-rusted-out 107 it goes with. The restoration will require the metalworking skills of a Crevictool. :-}

So, if Lewyt had left well enough alone, not gone down the low-voltage road, and developed a 110 v power hose...and so on...
