Do they still sell Constellation filter pads?

I looked on Vacuumworld when I was getting some bags and I couldn't see any, that's a damn shame.

Ah well I've washed it at least.

Although it's just a piece of felt... I'm sure you could get a dense material--so long as it breathes--and cut it to fit.

I thought they were permanant at first, due to what they're made out of.

Of course I guess the Connie came out before artificial fibres became so widespread

I'll check the hoover uk spares site, or failing that just keep washing it..gives it that nice "persil" aroma ;p

My Connie has what must have been a white bed sheet or possibly part of a pillowcase as a filter. When I got it, I wondered why it was there, I almost took it off and threw it away, but figured it was there for a reason.

Shame I didn't keep the filter out of my old Vax, different material but more or less the same size..
