Yep machine washable, but do it on a low temperature.

Ok thanks do i turn it in side out to stop the logo from fading

You can I suppose - I use to put mine into a pillow case and then add to the washing machine. Keep the pillow case handy after the wash to keep the bag inside it for drying in a tumble dryer or on a radiator.
