Latest thrift store score. In great shape, cleaned up nicely. Wishing I would have bought the attachments I saw for this model at our local Goodwill a couple months back.

Dirt Devil really should bring this machine back. I love the retro look it has.

I called it a "little kirby" lol!  one day i will find one! How do you like it and what is the performance like? </span></span>

Ian, I like the look too! Cody,I wanted one when they were new back in the day. I had the hand vac, but this was a little out of my price range at the time. The peformance is not bad. I like the lil guy! Ran it around here & it does a good job for it's size. I was surprised to find when I took it apart to clean it, is that the brushroll has 3 settings. I would compare it to a Kirby brushroll in that you can adjust it down as it wears.

I would like to find attachments & see how the performance is with them. Although I don't think the suction will be too spectacular.

Belt

I know there was some discussion on another thread of this question. However so far I have not had the belt come off. I do believe if it is twistred the correct way when installed, it should stay put just fine. There is a diagram next to the belt showing which way it should twist & this works perfectly on mine.
