Did the Kirby trick on myself

Wow, I vacuumed with my 1979 Tradition today and then decided to use my newly acquired old Kirby dirt meter....to check the claims I had read about @ who ever vacuums last wins..”. I was impressed....using the same machine for both cleaning and checking ( dirt meter)...this is all that was picked up in the room! Admittedly, I did this same with experiment with my Sentria model and dirt meter in a different room ...but picked up more than this time , then. Perhaps I’m not sucking up lots of gunk with the meter is b/c I regularly vacuum with Kirby’s so it eventually gets really clean?

I'm gonna guess that you just keep a clean house... plus you have a good vacuum cleaner.

Yeah

Using my Kirby regularly helps! I did the test again the next day with my new dual Sanitronic 50 and kore dust showed up ( from a different room btw) but we do keep our windows open a lot so dust definitely comes in daily. Winter time will be a better test since windows will be cmosed
