Diamond-tip crevice tool

Which vac dos the 'diamond-tip' revice tool come from? Was it a GE or Lewyt? My parents bought the vac from Fingerhut in the early 1960s. The vac also had a dust brush that looks like a Compact brush with the 'bump' line along its neck.
