I have a small collection that isn't so small considering I live in a 1 Bedroom apartment, I'm cutting down though...

Sean you have a very nice diverse collection. I know this is off the topic and forgive me for being rude, but your profile picture looks like a koala being given a bath. It does look adorable but its not exactly the normal mainstream house pet in the US and I'm curious to know more about it, that is if you dont mind sharing.

This is not my pet. A friend of mine lives in Australia and is friends with some cyclists. It was apparently so hot in Australia in December, summer for them, that this Koala literally came onto the street and begged for water from these cyclists. They gave him some water and then gave him a bath to help him cool down. This is a picture of the Koala looking as though he is a little old man yelling profanities at a nurse during his bath. I just love the picture so much, it's my Facebook profile pic, too. It's the kind of picture that you could add dozens of different captions to it and it would still make sense.

What you can't exactly see in the pic is my Hoover Windtunnel Dual V, my new Miele s142 that I got for $10, of course the Singmore, and my 5 hand vacs including a Dirt Devil 103 and a Royal 500 to mention a few.

I just got that little canvac at goodwill for $3!! Boy does it have good suction for being a small canister. Now I just need to find some DD F bags for it and it is my new bench vac. Say, I'll trade you for one of those broomvacs you have there...

Never!

I love my Broom Vacs WAY too much! lol

I do believe the Can Vac has great suction. Dirt Devils from that era seem very good in my opinion!

It's phenomenal. I just found out that it could use a 313 powerhead! If only I could find one of those, and the other accessories it would be awesome. Would the power head off of a Jaguar work as well.

I'm not sure, for I don't have a Can Vac nor a Jaguar powerhead.

I'm much more of an upright than a cannister guy...

Cutting down , Never get a bigger apartment

I have learnt to store vacuums in fantastic ways. I will Never cut down , or so I keep telling my wife.

Nice vacuums guys! I too have a small apartment, 2 bedroom but the cats won't give up there room!!  I thought about hanging vacuums from the ceiling! Just joking!   But I am getting quite a bit here lately.

You do have quite a diverse collection..... I have a 1 bedroom apartment and 44 machines, with no plans to get rid of them, though I've got to be really careful about what else I adopt.

You could have a shelf installed like I did and it would be a solution for some of your machines.... it doubled my floor space. Of course I have about 9 uprights that don't fit, not to mention canisters and hand vacs, but it really helped.
