Cord wanted...

Ok guys, I have a cord request and I'm not sure if anyone would happen to have a spare or not, but I am looking for a cord for an Electrolux model XII, the prongs are too big and too wide for an XXX cord to fit. If anyone has one they're willing to part with, please let me know! Thanks!

Wouldn't you be able to substitute a Kirby cord until you found the genuine Electrolux cord?

I'm not sure, I'll have to look and see if one will fit or not. It is round prongs like the XXX has, but they are spaced further apart. I've been to two places today without any luck, but on a bright note, I showed it to a friend of mine who runs a vac shop and he hooked up a pigtail cord to the prongs and that old motor purrs like a kitten!! The switch works, etc! I am more motivated than ever to find a good cord now!!!
