Constellation 862. Help needed

Does anyone have any experience, ideas or advice on how to straighten out the base of my constellation? It looks like it's been dropped sometime and is slightly bent so air will escape from one side effecting the floating capability.

Hi, I have sorted this problem out by using a bench vice and pulling it back into position, it wont be perfect mind....

yes

i did the exact same thing with mine it worked well .I also run some bath sealant around the joint [underneath where the base fits onto the main body you would be suprised how much air escapes here ] it makes the cleaner float better
