Ultralux, I've seen people find a rubber gasket that fits, and then glue a Heritage wheel cap on it as a temporary fix.

Would a standard Heritage/II/Legend belt lifter not fit? I know it wouldn't be original, but functional...

No it wouldn't, obviously. The (16" long) belt and brush roll from the Heritage/Legend series will, though.

Turned on?

I've seen a few pics of this Comvac, but I've never seen one turned on. The bag looks enormous....does it inflate bigger than a normal Kirby Heritage bag does?

A belt lifter would not work because the nozzle is bolted to the fan housing. Like a royal you must remove the cover to get access to the belt to change it.
