I picked this up at the Habitat Restore yesterday. It looks like it's in almost like-new condition! (except for the graffiti lol). I plan to take this to the hotel where I work as we could use a few new vacs and from what I can tell, these are designed for hotels. It wouldn't have been my first choice (would have rather found a Guardsmen or other Commercial Hoover) but the condition is what sold me along with it only costing $25. Does anyone have any thoughts on this machine?

I love she put the skull and crossbones on there, I would leave that on there, it gives the vacuum personality. I love buying commercial vacuums with their original company stenciled lettering that has been spray-painted on.

You did good

This is basically the wolf (Sanitaire) in a sheep's skin (Eureka). The 7amp motor gave it away. Keep a fresh, tight Sanitaire belt on it and you'll be happy, possibly as much as Ms.Lee! Nice score.

Its

A newer eureka but it's made in mexico with the 7amp motor. I know you like guardsman and convertibles but this machine imo is far superior to the other vacuums you mentioned. I have a eureka imperial basically your vacuum with a slide height adjustment made in mexico . I had a sanitaire tol blue model 7 amp motor. The eureka pulled 144 and sanitaire pulled 143 cfms. Those numbers you won't see on any gaurdsman or convertible.
It with the beater bar beats as it sweeps as it cleans as well as any vacuum.
Fyi if you want marker off isopropyl alcohol will take it off.
Nice pickup.
