To those I usually send Christmas cards, it looks like I will not be sending this year.

My wishes for you are no less sincere than ever.

Some you you may be aware from Facebook I am experiencing some health issues. On Thanksgiving morning I had a stroke.

Thank God it was not severe but it left me unable to walk for a couple days, my speech was slurred and I had the drooping of the mouth. Spent a week in Holy Cross Hospital and was allowed to come home because my friend Derick could be with me.

I am much improved but still get tired and I am weak.

Derick has been a God-send to me. he is caring for my beloved Sadie and me.

So......... I send my best wishes for a blessed Christmas and Happy New Year through the forum!

Sad to hear of Greg's passing. I was Facebook friends with him for many years. Kind, gentle man who certainly had challenges in his life in his final years but handled them with dignity, grace and staying positive. Ya know, I honestly think that man didn't even have anyone who disliked him.

Greg, you will be missed dearly by all of us in the collecting community. Rest in God's loving arms forever now my friend.

Rob
