Hi Everyone,
My parent's have a Cen-Tec CPB-100 power nozzle and matching hose model# xz221(?) for their VacuFlo system but there is an issue with the wand and hose handle connections. I'm not sure if there was a short in the connection between the two, possibly they disconnected the handle from the wand while the power nozzle was still running, but the plug and receptor on the wand and hose are damaged. This apparently happened about 4-5 years ago but just decided to tell me recently about this issue when I questioned why the power nozzle was sitting in their garage. I can't seem to find too much information online for parts, the wand is NLA. Is it possible to replace the hose handle connection and the plug on the wand, and if so where might I find these parts? I'd hate for them to have to replace the entire hose and power nozzle, the nozzle itself has not seen much use at all.
