I doubt that. The DC04 D/S went out of production around 2001. Added to which, production moved abroad in 2001, so it would say made in Malaysia if it was post 2001. A small number of DC04 ABS cleaners were made abroad, but not many. I have no idea if any D/S cleaners were, but I have it in my mind that Dyson only took a select range of existing models abroad.
