Can anyone tell me what brand of vacuums is this?

I found this at a yard sale year ago. I don't know what brand it is. The sticker was like this when I got it. Is anyone able to tell me what brand it is and more info about it?

I think its a Troy Industries portable vacuum cleaner V-100
I have a link of someone selling one on ebay, looks similar.
