Can anyone give me a year of manufacture for my Hoover Constellation ?

Hi, I just picked up this Hoover Constellation. I\m attaching a photo of the plate at the bottom so that maybe someone knowledgeable can give me a year it was made please.

I don't know how to exactly date your constellation. However I can help you in that it is made around 58-62 (if memory serves me right).
