Antoine, I noticed in one of your later pics you posted, you have tape on the hose right where it goes into the hose handle. Before you replace it, try taking the hose handle off, take some rubbing alcohol on a cloth, and use it to clean up the brass contact rings on the hose where it makes contact with the contacts inside the hose handle. This may be what's causing your trouble too. On certain brands, like Miele canisters, I have seen this be an issue, and they actually have YouTube tutorials where they show that cleaning up the hose contacts fixes the issue. So there's a very good chance this is a issue your Electrolux is having as well.
