broken cable cleats on a hoover junior

it seems that every junior i get my hands on these days has broken cable cleats and there getting so hard to find these days so i did this yes i know crude but efective

My orange Junior Deluxe U2068 has lost its plastic cleat from the bottom rear. Anyone know where I can source a replacement? The cord just sits on the top now and even without the clip being in place, the machine still works despite the gaping hole where the clip at the back used to sit.
