Thank you for the information. I have six of these halls in the building. My Advance Carpetwin does them just fine but that Bissell would get them done even quicker! As far as the cracking in the plastic…I doubt it’s a build quality issue. Housekeepers and others who use equipment like this can be incredibly hard on them.

You're using one of those carpetwins? Those things are absurdly heavy it'd probably be quicker and easier just to use a lighter machine LOL.
Yeah I can't say for sure what caused the damaged piece but I think if it had been broken in use it would have fallen out. it was just held in it's spot by the bumper the whole machine was shrink wrapped so I think it was just shipping damage, but it's very minor and a little super glue fixed it.
