May be more worth your time and investment to get new!

Out of curiousity, Does the current model physical machine you're trying to restore have sentimental value?

Bissell PowerForces range brand new from about $39 for the bagged 12" to about $74 for the PowerForce Turbo wide track model. With having such a low selling price brand new, many vacuum shops or consumers don't bother doing repairs on these units beyond a belt change or filter cleaning. The shipping charge alone for the parts you're trying to replace will most likely be over 50% the price of a new machine.

Currently on Bissell's website:
Bissell PowerForce Bagged 12" cleaning path, 10 Amp machine: $42.84
Bissell PowerForce Helix Turbo Bagless 15" cleaning path, 12 Amp $69.94
Bissell PowerForce Compact bagless $39.00

WalMart website
Bissell PowerForce Helix bagless 12" $47.84

Someone may have parts, but this line of machine that is still available on the market currently and would come brand new in box at very cheap price completely clean, and shiny looking, your time and finances may be better invested towards a new model.

This would be a very different conversation if we were talking a bagged Eureka Powerline upright. Simply because that Eureka is no longer on the market to be purchased brand new and their selling point was around or $100 for many of those units. That's more than double the Bissell.

Have a motor but I chopped the wires, besides it looked like it had seen water...some people use them like shop vacs.

Combo tool I probably have, not sure.

Seriously though, go out looking around on trash night...for awhile I think I was averaging finding one a month, most of the time they were just clogged too. You could probably find a nice donor on Craigslist cheap unless you really want brand new parts.
