After my old Pet Stain Eraser bit the dust (pun intended), Bissell gave me a 20% off coupon to put towards a new machine, after they refused to service the old one. So I bought the new model, which has a revolving brush, directly from their website. Hopefully, this machine lasts longer than the old one did! I haven't tested it yet, though.
