I’d say Kirby wants as least to do with this vacuum for a reason. There are others that know a lot more about the history of the Bison, and you can probably search the archives for a much better idea of it, but as I understand it, the person who invented the Bison used to work for Kirby and decided they could build a “better mousetrap” so to speak. Needless to say, the Bison, while it was super powerful, and yes it does sound like a jet taking off Barry, but they were also notoriously unreliable, sometimes even breaking down during a demo! That certainly didn’t help their sales, then the final nail in the coffin was when Kirby sued them for copyright infringement! This is one vacuum cleaner that’s rare for all the wrong reasons! LOL!
