Bison History Made 40 Years Ago Today (10/29)

Today is a significant day in Bison history. On this date in 1971, the first Bison built in Ocala rolled off the assembly line. It was presented to the mayor of the city.

What happen to Bison? When did they shut down?

KIRBY

sued them because they copied their design. They were former Kirby people who started the Bison company .Thats what I was told by my local Kirby dealer who switched from selling Kirbys to selling Bisons then back to Kirby after they stopped making Bisons .

I use to have a NIB Bison but sold it to another member a year or so back.
