It is it is a G4 lol

Very nice home!! Not bad for the asking too but is it a fixed price or do you get to negotiate?? Is that a combo washer/dryer all in one??

Speaking of beautiful homes . . .

Which one is going to open up their home to the Royals as the Palace goes for refurbishment?? Would be interesting to see the Royal Nickers on the line!! LOL

Lynchburg, Virginia

I was looking for 4518 Alabama Avenue, because we used to live there. It's not for sale, but 4618 Alabama Ave. is. It makes our old house look sad, and our old one is estimated at around $120,000. This brick house was either occupied by the people who built it, or close to it. Kitchen is sort of neat, I'd redo the cabinets around the sink in woodgrain again.

My House...

My parents bought my house in 1997 for around $350,000. My house is an older house built in 1979, but now it is very modern. It's a four bedroom and two and a half bath, two car garage. It was in very rough shape but it was what they wanted and it was in the area in which they both worked. Since then many, many renovations have been made. Decorative columns were installed all over, Italian marble is now in the kitchen and bathrooms, in the entry way, dining room and living room is cherry hardwood floor. In the backyard is an in ground swimming pool, three decks; one of which has a spiral staircase leading up to it. Also a whole room has been added to our house. It is now around 3000 Square Feet. My parents also installed a beautiful Koi pond in the backyard. Our kitchen is now huge with a birch wood center island with marble countertops and a stone backsplash. The rest of the cabinets in our kitchen are mahogony with stained and regular glass. Our newly renovated bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and stone and rocks and marble dispersed within the whole bathroom. A small TV was also installed in the bathroom so my mother could watch TV while she got ready for work. We have beautiful handcrafted rugs in a few rooms which really make it feel cozy. Not to mention the wood burning fireplace. Our home was now evaluated to the price of $600,000 to $700,000. It's amazing what some renovations can do!

We also have a ocean front beach house in South Carolina that is a three bedroom, two bathroom. It is a truly wonderful place to be in the summer.

Awesome!!! :D Sounds like your parents did an amazing job with the house. I like houses, I don't know why lol. When someone on my family buys a new house I get excited and look everywhere, I like the designs, I like staircases and what's around the staircase, the cellar underneath it and basements are awesome. I like haunted housed, abandoned houses are wicked (but OCD kicks in with the ugly VILE rats and germs, ew) but everything else is cool, slightly off topic but I LOVE when you move house and the previous owner leaves some things behind!!!

When the tenants of our other house moved out, left like most of their appliances and stuff behind. 2 vacuums (Hoover purepower rare model in dark green with variable controls and LED light(s) and a yellow bagged Goblin Aztec, a Washing machine, fridge freezer, Kitchen stuff, TV I think, Wardrobes, bedroom stuff, shoes, old fashioned stuff, everything! You own it then xD

When my Aunty moved into her first house, the previous owners left nice things behind including a dining table with chairs, a proper good Flymo Lawnmower, Washing machine, Fridge (I think), Oven cooker thing, comfortable sofas, beds and a BRAND NEW sealed in box 2012 Numatic Henry HVR200A Autosave vacuum! Lovely surprise, considering she was going to buy the EXACT one when she was moving in as she had a horrible bagless Vax cylinder, but got the Henry for free xD

Is that a combo washer/dryer all in one??

Sorry Mark, I've only just seen this.

No, it's a washer only. The Hotpoint Washer-Dryer's had 2 dials.
