I saw this picture some time ago on the internet and had to save it. This is by far one of the most elegant home designs I've ever seen. It has a porch and outdoor window shutters, but my favorite part is that beautiful tree. I love it!

How long ago was that? Makes me wonder what $$$ I can get that house I'm in love with up the street with!


 


It's supposedly been sitting since the 1980s, but a calender inside reads 2001, November 27th, at that!


One cool part is the bomb shelter in the front yard!

Not sure abandoned houses usually go for no more than $20,000 here where I live, another house a few miles away was auctioned off for $8,000. I bought this last year, I was able to pay cash and live mortgage free, so its every bit realistic. Sure the bathroom isn't that nice and it has no kitchen cabinets but its mine!

3 million in KY would get you a house on 30+ acres with 7 bedrooms 8 bathrooms elevators garages granite barns ponds then again 1.5 gets you a 12,000 sq ft home
