Just wondered if it is possible for someone who has been banned from Vacuumland to re-join the forum using false details.

It happens, not often but it does. No website can completely stop this, even PayPal and Facebook have quite a bit of trouble with this. But since we are small our forums general operate on experience and reputation, we generally catch them and ban them again, so there is no way to hide long term.

Thanks for the replies. I have no concrete evidence that someone has done this, just a nagging little feeling, but I'm sure that it will come to light at some point if this is the case.
