bad on line purchase experiences

issue one. purchased a tristar cxl. it was shipped with no hose. and very dirty. USELESS!
issue two. I purchased a hose and the pigtail from an online store. No communication and no shipped order details. It was to be shipped priority USPS but they have the money and i have no hose!! cursed tristar! anybody have experience with A Plus Vac and Sew

is it me or is online purchasing becoming very unreliable? just needed to rant thanks
