I looked in the archive and seen you posted about your compact interstate c9. You have an owners manual for it.
I was hoping you could scan take pics or something so that myself and compactguy9 could benefit from this. I would be willing to give you a little money for your time. I did email you but no response.
If anyone reads this and knows him please get his attention to this thread. I do thank you in advance for this.

Hello fellow vacuum fans alike if any one here would be gentle and kind enough to give me and Lee any lead on compact c8 manual wed really appreciate it thanks alto .
Ive call Tristar Canada and USA they only carry the cxl manual and MG2 im after the original compact c /c9 manual to finish my restoration of my lovely Compact Vacuum thank you.

Yes SMOW69 or anyone else has it let us know. If someone had color pics I could get printed and spiral bound. I may look into calling vac muedrum in Missouri or the one in North West Oregon I believe.

If no one posted any literature or pics of the manual the first time you asked then its pretty likely that... People don't have time to post pics or scan copies or they don't have a manual or any literature for that machine.
No offense but to keep bumping the thread to the top is rather annoying as there are other topics of discussion that are actually topics, not saying that yours isn't a topic but it hasn't been responded to probably for the reasons stated above so if someone has something they will gladly respond.

I also think that we all are very well aware that you absolutely LOVE your awesome compact C9.

Thanks for the bump much appreciated. Nobody else is posting anything on the board lately. I'm sorry it annoys you but if he logs in he can see it. He could take pics instead of scan I even offered money for their time. It will stop in a couple days. If they don't answer. We have not had any contact. So thanks for bump in the thread.

I don't think I was bumping the thread considering it was already on top, not to mention I don't think i'm the only one who it annoys as I am speaking for multiple people. If Shane hasn't replied within the last 2 days then its possible that he doesn't sit on the computer all day reading vacuum cleaner forums.

That was rude and dis-respectful of another member of VL! I suggest you re-read the rules of this form about being respectful of other posters.
On this topic, I as the other poster said you show a lack of respect for others in your constant appeals for others to help you find the right part or--manual. Ask once and leave it alone. You might wait more than 24 hours before asking again---maybe a couple of weeks! If no one replies, leave it alone! Constant badgering gets you nowhere!
If you and Les want to have more conversations about your quests, why don't you both use the Email function of your upgraded memberships and go private!

ON a personal note, can you please also respect your fellow members and type correctly and use the posting preview function to proof your posting. Your posts are sort of a personal "'shorthand" are not always readable to others.

<I have calm my self down i will keep posting vacuuming is in my blood since i was 5 years of age whti my late grand mother compact vacuum .Some now dead family members had a Compact Tristar i would like to keep that legacy going i n her memory .If some one has a problem whit me asking fora helping hand in this manual matter please refer to me in private message insted of posting bad words .All we are doing is asking for help i love vacuum and otehr related articles but i will nto have any one talk to me this way .All in al l i am asking to keep my compact electra legacy going since my grand mother past away and i am trying to obtain as much compact stuff as i can that is all .Is it a crime to love a certain brand of cleaner??[this post was last edited: 12/28/2018-17:24]

This posting is my idea lay off him. I insist on being persistent. I have reached out to him via email. He hasn't been on in a while. It's a forum to post. You don't have read the thread. No need to poke fun of other people isn't necessary. Everyone is different. I do appreciate you positing your thoughts in public. Criticism of people is against the rules.
He is not being post padding. I do it so if and when he posts he will see it. When I posted yesterday I was last poster on almost every thread I posted on. I'll contact museum in appropriate time. It's not a crime to ask for assistance. I have no problem paying for service. I have learned you have to be persistent sometimes in life. I searched forums and looked on internet.
Antoine posted a little while ago on a old thread. I'm not the best at punctuation and sentence structure. I have tried the better lately.
So in short don't belittle anyone we're above that. I'm quite aware he doesn't post here every day. Hence the posting pooping it to the top on off chance he didn't get requests. Antoine is very helpful and I have been helped by him. If the moderators of the board have an issue they will address it. If you wish y'all out some one call me out. I contacted Stark museum and Tacony museum as others have mentioned to do. I thank you for your concerns.

All i am asking isa helping hand to obtain some memorabilia for my compact vacuum some family sold those vacuum in the 60s and 70s and i had no luck asking them for parts .My grand mother RIP (1928-2015) .Had a Compact all i d like is a helping hand for manual i am just here for vauuming talk .I have help Lee obtain a flawless compact c8 anda c9 not once but twice.

We all know what harassment is. It's one thead in one foorum. If we blew up the board would be unprofessional. People are good or bad. There is nothing else to judge. I do really appreciate you bringing your opinion to this thread. Judge by content of someones character. Other points dually noted. It's going to be me calling museum and talking to Tom and going that route.
I love manuals for vacuums. It is like explaining to someone you love vacuums.
