Are there any good online resources for old Eureka part numbers???

Hi all,

I've got a trio of Eureka uprights that need some TLC. The oldest one is a 625D from the very late 70s or very early 80s, based on what I came across in another thread here at VL.

I've been unable to find a good parts list for these machines anywhere on the internet. It seems that all the parts sites deny the existence of Eurekas that are past a certain age. None of the sites recognize any of my model numbers.

Is there anyone online that's not taking part in this grand Eureka coverup? I'm hoping that someone can tip me off to a parts place that the enthusiasts and restorers have found they can rely on.

Since Midea America Corporation — the USA subsidiary of China's Midea Group — acquired the Eureka trademark and brand from Electrolux Group of Sweden in late 2016, it seems many of the 200/300/600/1400/1900/2000/4000/5000 F & G Upright Series parts have been discontinued along with the last manufactured model — "The Boss" 1934-B — in 2017. However, the Sanitaire Tradition line remains in production and includes many of the same parts.

Hesco, Inc.'s website https://www.hescoinc.com/schematics_sanitaire contains parts schematics for the S and SC Series along with VacSite.com https://www.vacsite.com/en/eureka-1400-upright-vacuum-cleaner-parts.html. In the event that the Sanitaire Tradition line is discontinued I have attached copies of Hesco's schematics of the S Series. I hope they're useful to you.


Incidentally, using an online newspaper database I found ads for the Eureka model 625 (and wild moss green color mate 616 canister) from 1982 to 1985. So after the schematics I posted one from 1982 along with a 1979 magazine ad I located on Pinterest. Eureka's 600 Series included uprights, canisters, and Powerteams sold at Kmart and some other department stores.
