Let me explain:
A friend recently bought a new Samsung Upright, as pictured below. I came across the spare exhaust filter and spare belt, but it was the belt that got my attention, as it stated "Bissell - Styles 7/9/10, etc".
When I emptied the Samsung machine, the bin handle felt very like a Bissell that I emptied for another aquaintance the week before and I had to get the same agitator belts for it.
Do both companies share the same production facilities, or trade parts?
