i know its not what your asking for but...

i do have a Royal model 886if your interested

OK thanks Richard.

Westen, I'm looking for a 9100 because its my Favorite royal of all time, maybe when cash is more free flowing I'll expand my collection more. Thanks anyways

$$$

How much do you guys think I'm looking at costwise for a 9100 in reasonably good condition?

Used royal prices

I see used royals all the time from $20.00 on up,If you see one consider what service it may need most need belts ,brush rolls, carbon brushes, cords. So if you find one for $20.00 plan on spending at least $40.00 more for parts. Also consider the cost of shipping,to ship a Royal cross country it runs about $25.00.You can see where I am going "you get what you pay for".If you want to find a good deal you will need to be patiant and shop around.

I'm just more concerned about some of the outrageous prices I see on ebay. I really am not looking to spend hundreds of dollars

Im just looking for one with a good cloth bag, cord, and motor. if it needs a brush or belt that's not really a big deal, but holes in the bag or a burned out motor would be a deal breaker

Robert, that looks like the one! could you check the model number for me and give me a price if you're looking to sell it?

Thanks, Nick

Ben, I just won the Royal commercial 1030 on ebay. Its not in the greatest shape but its relatively new and I wanted a 10 amp with shakeout just because I wanted to feel the rediculously LOUD power haha
The bag has 3 tiny (moth) holes in a cluster so I'm just gonna put a patch on the inside. The seller was great at communication and actually talked to me on the phone. 2 days into the bid, he emailed me saying he noticed a couple holes and attached a photo. He offered to work with me on the price or cancel my bid, so I got a better deal than what the site shows.

I still am moderately interested in buying a 9100 Preferred Collection, especially if the price is right. If anybody knows of one for sale let me know
