I Doubt That There Are
Any published Lux Service Manuals out there. I have checked from time to time depending on any rare issues I was having with my Luxes. Part of the value proposition with purchasing an Electrolux was the visiting Electrolux man to service any issues and supply bags (and, of course, to try to sell the latest model.) They very closely controlled the whole value chain. I remember calling Electrolux for service and the service guy serviced the machine right in my living room. The last thing they wanted was for the Electrolux customer to consort with an independent vacuum dealer who could steer you away from Electrolux. So, controlling the service information gave them power over their product. They closely controlled their product through their owned branch network.
The fact of the matter is that they were not complicated machines and were serviced by independent vac shops. Electrolux just didn’t want to encourage wandering out of their world. When you think about it, the value proposition with Electrolux was very good.
You may try to contact Aerus about this information. I would be fascinated to hear if you get it from them.
