I am aboslutely shocked at how stupid some people seem to be, or how stupid they hope their potential buyers are.

Check out this ad for a Kirby Heritage 2... he wants 150 bucks for it! There's an add just below that for a G5 for 99 dollars. The Hertiage is absolutely filthy!

Or how about this one...

A Hoover Bagless WindTunnel that the lady is ADVERTISING as self-propelled. I acutally e-mailed her and told her that her ad is misleading. Unless she installed an aftermarket tranny in an non-propelled machine... LOL

Just thought I'd share in case anyone is interested in either of these two gems! :o)

ok...

The lady with the "self-propelled" fixed her add because of my e-mail

The original one did say Self-propelled, but it's been removed because the new one took its place. Her response was:

Hi -

I wanted to apologize to say that you are correct, I searched for my original manual and found that it was not self-propelled. I have fixed my ad error.

I am sometimes also AMAZED @ people who put stuff on Craig's. I put a WTB Kirby Attachment ad and this guy wanted $40 for a classic and heritage INCOMPLETE set A SET. I also saw about a week ago someone with one of those Hoover's with removeable tools for $70! I GOT A BRAND NEW 1 FOR $40! Couldn't believe it! And what floors me the most is like on Ebay or even Craig's is when people want $500+ for a G6 or even UG. Whatever.
