Another photo from online from a thrift store. Zero clue as to what this one could be. I thought Ultra MVP but the color seems off. More like a silver?

I could be wrong but it reminds me of a Bissell Proheat. Maybe it is because the handle appears to have a trigger indicating it's a carpet cleaner.

Wait where do you see the solution trigger?

I saw it inside the handle, I mean the white triangle area looks like a trigger to me.
