my classic III, after 8 months; is finally getting a spa treatment. tonite everything was disassembled, and initial cleaning of parts with simple green was done. melted vis-a- window removed on belt lifter (pain in the a$$ by the way). all plastic/ rubber parts tossed in hot bucket of simple green concentrate. next steps, bad corrosion and rust removal, parts repair/ motor servicing, then off to metal finishing.

Sounds great - Lucky Kirby! :)

There are no swear filters to circumvent though, so you could have just said "ass".

I'm sure the moderators wouldn't have a problem with that.

Will, I just finished buffing my Classic 3 recently. I can definitely relate on the belt lifter being hard to get off, I had to kind of figure it out. I'm sure your Classic 3 will look great when its complete. You do excellent work.
