Advice needed for Kirby Sentria G10D

I just bought a used Kirby G10D, I think it uses F-style bags since a capital F is engraved at the plastic where I should attach the bag. I want to buy a shampoo carpet system for it and I can find good deals at e-bay for previous versions (eg G6, G7, G8). Would these fit my G10 and if yes, are there any reasons to prefer a G10 version, apart of aesthetics?

The G series shampoo systems will fit and the only difference is the colour of the plastic!

The shape of the belt lifter is also different. My Sentria's head sits up a bit when I use my G5 Shampoo set. But it works fine.
