ADVANTAGE VACUUM CLEANER,

I was in the thrift store in town yesterday and found a ADVANTAGE HEAVY DUTY upright, it looks just like a hoover convertible. The plate on bottom says THE HOOVER CLEANER. model U4361-030 I never saw anything like it, does anybody know anything about them. will post pictures when I get a chance.

Hey Joe! If I'm not mistaken, I think it may have been a vac shop or Hoover store exclusive model, similar to the Supremacy series. Does it have a ranger type hood?

It has a newer convertible hood, with the rug adjustment in a little window top of hood

Advantage

only seen one other Advantage and I bought the thing!

mine had a gray Concept I era bag, with the newer convertible style hood and the height adjuster window in the hood. was a powerplus model, too!

They are definitely a Hoover cleaner. Vacuum dealer sold. Very hard to find from what I've heard!
