Very strange indeed, in the picture if you look at the right side of the head it almost looks like there is a spot where it would have been. Wonder if this was a factory slip up or what.

And

Its got the Old style G3 Mini Emtor, The new ones have got a round hump on top. THis one has the arrows and its Flat.

Yea thats what i was thinkin 2..lol

I have a manual for a heritage 2...Come to think of it...i might have a heritage 2....Ill check at my grandmas or in my Building.

That's interesting. I have a gold G5 with the same thing, no BPI and the older style emptor. Also have a gold ultimate G without a serial number. I remember I tried to contact the kirby company about this but they said they needed a serial number to look up the vacuum.

HMMMMM....Whats Up with Kirby.

I just found out a friend of mine knows a lady who just bought a sentra and it has No BPI LIGHT at all!

True!!

Hi. Just so you know That when the G5 was out kirby did a run of them with NO BPI lights.

The sales staff did not like going back to no BPI light so kirby put them back on again.

G5 was the last G series with the older style Flatter G series em-tor.

Hope this helps.
